Plotline is a mobile adoption platform that helps product and marketing teams across various industries to seamlessly integrate onboarding guides, stories, videos and other interactive elements into their app. We directly impact metrics like feature adoption, activation and retention.

Some of our customers today include Dream11, CoinDCX, BharatPe, Upstox and more.

With an infrastructure handling over 5 billion API calls per month, and reaching over 150 million users, Plotline operates on a scale equivalent to 50+ large B2C companies combined.


You will work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory. You will be required to work on multiple initiatives for Plotline across channels to drive pipeline and revenue.

We have customers with ACV > $25k. The ideal candidate would have experience marketing to low-volume, high ACV customers.

Outcomes expected

By the end of 2 quarters with Plotline:

  1. Generate $300k in sales qualified pipeline per quarter from events and dinners
  2. Experimented with 1 or 2 new channels with solid learnings to use for future scaling


We’re looking for a generalist who builds deep understanding of our target audience (product and marketing teams in consumer app companies) and finds the best ways to reach them.

Events: We’re largely confident that events is a channel we can scale at Plotline. You will be responsible for building a playbook and executing events as a channel to scale in the next 1-2 years.

  1. Offline Events: Organize and execute offline events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement - conferences in the US, etc
  2. Online events like webinars: Manage end-to-end webinar processes, from concept to execution, ensuring engagement and lead generation.
  3. Dinners and closed events in the US

Brainstorm and execute new channels for our target market (not limited to):

  1. Influencers & Partnerships: Develop co-marketing initiatives to expand reach and influence in our target market. Collaborate with industry leaders/influencers to boost brand trust
  2. Free tools: Create and distribute valuable free tools for lead generation

Get involved in other go-to-market efforts

  1. Product Marketing: Product launches, Explainer videos, exploring engineering as marketing, etc
  2. Community: Build & nurture a close-knit community of potential/existing customers
  3. Newsletter Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, managing subscriber lists effectively
  4. SEO: Enhance organic search rankings through manual link building and content distribution. Stay ahead by understanding competitive strategies and optimizing our approach
  5. Social media: Assist in researching, posting, and engaging on social platforms, and repurpose content to maximize reach and engagement.
  6. Onboard, manage and closely work with agencies for running different initiatives

Note: This role expects you to dabble into multiple marketing initiatives, you will own some end to end and support others in different capacities

Requirements and background

We're looking for someone with 3-4 years of experience in marketing in an enterprise B2B SaaS company.

  1. Experience working across multiple channels like events, content marketing, etc
  2. Executed successful marketing campaigns based on deep audience research and insights
  3. Have a curiosity to tinker with AI technologies to increase efficiency of your output
  4. Comfortable taking up pipeline and revenue goals
