Campaign 1: Improve # of users who are landing on biller page

The team noticed that some users need to be made aware of the variety of biller services such as pulsa, mobile data, and electricity features that are available in the Kredivo app, as these users are using other Kredivo features but not biller.

To tackle this problem, they launched a floater with a short-term offer for biller to create a sense of urgency.

  • Trigger location: Targeted to users who haven't landed on biller page in the last few months, with a 90% rollout.
  • Audience: When a person lands on the Dashboard page, the floater is triggered within a time lag of 100ms.

After the launch of the floater, we saw an 37% increase in # of users landing on biller page during the campaign

Campaign 2: Improve engagement of our most loyal users via gamification

The team wanted to promote certain promotions to their users in a gamified manner.

Keeping this in mind, they designed a scratch card that informs users of various deals and offers in a gamified manner.

The scratch card campaign received a ~77% increase in users landing on the deal page; any user who engaged with the scratch card received some kind of offer.
