With an infrastructure handling over 5 billion API calls per month, and reaching over 150 million users, Plotline operates on a scale equivalent to 50+ large B2C companies combined.

Overview

Experienced Account Executive that has a track record of meeting and exceeding their quota. Hiring for roles across US, EMEA and SEA.

Outcomes expected

Outcomes expected:

  1. Q1 - Own and deliver at least $5K new MRR (~ 2 new logos)
  2. Q2 - Own and deliver at least $20K new MRR (~ 5-6 new logos)
  3. Y1 - Own and deliver at least $50-60K new MRR (~15-20 new logos)
  4. Implement best practices to make the Sales Team more efficient - Sales Cycle, Sales enablement. Creating a training program, metrics based review and coaching system

Responsibilities

  1. Own the overall sales cycle and the goal. Set aggressive yet achievable targets and inculcate a winning culture within the team.
  2. Build Pipeline - Create a target list of companies and prospects. Reach out to them to explore a fit.
  3. Conduct pilots and establish aha moment with customers in the pipeline.
  4. Negotiate and close contracts with customers.
  5. Consistently update sales process and strategy based on what is working and what is not.

Requirements and background

  1. Ability to take extreme ownership of everything related to sales that is happening in the company.
  2. Inspiring personality and amazing interpersonal skills
  3. At least 2 years of experience in sales, management consulting or ex-founder.
  4. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
